Discover
Discover is the process of defining and refining elements of the project and will often spank new ideas and possibilities. This is a process of ``discovering`` and possible deliverables include requirements refinement, analysis of current used systems, troubleshooting/QA, sitemap and inventory gap analisys.
Design/ Develop
The deliverables of this phase varies greatly depending on the project's scope and technology. Whether it is an IT service or development need, ColUsaDigital will further define the elements from the Discover phase and execute on the work. For a website this would include the actual design and then development of the website or for phone services, the actual set-up and testing of systems.
Deliver
Depending on the nature of the project, we will deploy the project to staging servers and allow client's access to review progress of the project and its related functionality, as well as perform testing to make sure everything is in order before going live. In the delivery process we will also train your staff on using any corresponding software tools, administration of the backend or support components.
