This phase is the process of defining and refining elements of the project and will often spark new ideas and possibilities. Deliverables include: requirement refinement, analysis of current used systems, troubleshooting/QA, sitemap and inventory gap analysis.
Design/ Develop
The deliverables of this phase varies greatly depending on the project’s scope and technology. Whether it is an IT service or development need, Colusa will further define the elements from the Discover phase and execute the work. This is where the project comes to life!
Deliver
Depending on the nature of the project, we will deploy the project to staging servers and allow client's access to review progress of the project and its related functionality, as well as perform testing to make sure everything is in order before going live. In the delivery process we will also train your staff on using any corresponding software tools, administration of the backend or support components.
